The following terms and conditions of use of our Site (“Terms of Use”), along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, outline the terms upon which users (“you”) use our Site. Use of our Site includes, though is not limited to, accessing, browsing and obtaining information from our Site.

We would request that you read through and consider these documents carefully as you will be bound by our Terms of Use when you use our Site.

If you choose to contact us through the enquiry fields contained on the “Contact Our Team” portion of our Site or using any of the methods listed below please note that you are not guaranteed or entitled to a reply of any kind and we are under no obligation whatsoever to reply or respond to you. We will especially not respond to or accept any speculative sales or marketing enquiries through such forms of communication.


You agree to indemnify and do hereby indemnify us from and against all and any claims, damages, costs, losses, liabilities, expenses, including legal and other professional expenses, in connection with or related to your use of our Site or from your breach of these Terms of Use.

Limitation of Liability

Except in relation to death, personal injury, fraudulent acts and any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by Scots law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of our Site or of any information provided on our Site. You agree that our liability is excluded to the fullest extent permissible in law, irrespective of whether such loss or damage suffered by you was foreseeable or caused by our negligence.

Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms, whether express or implied, which may be applicable in respect of our Site and of any information provided on it.


Our Site is made available to you free of charge.

Where our Site contains links to other websites and / or resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.  We have no control over the contents of such websites or resources. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the content contained in such linked websites and resources and we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage which you or any other party may suffer due to your use of such linked website or resource. Furthermore, such links should not be interpreted as an endorsement by us of any website or resource in any way whatsoever.

Linking to our Site

You may link to the home page of our Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Like the majority of websites, we cannot guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. Accordingly, you should use your own virus protection software when visiting our Site. These Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Should you wish to take any legal action in relation to these policies you agree that the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy is found to be invalid the validity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the relevant policy which shall remain in full force and effect.

Unless specified otherwise, you may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Should either we or you fail to exercise any right or remedy available under these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy such failure does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.


Shop Returns & Refunds

As your purchase will have been made through the distance selling regulations you are entitled by law to cancel the order within 14 working days. We must receive the item back within 14 days for you to qualify for a refund.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges) and you must notify us by email or telephone of an intent to return goods within 14 days after you have received the item.

Items must be returned fully insured for the price paid, in the same condition as dispatched, in the original packaging, without any alterations, tampering, unauthorised testing or damage. Please also include a copy of your sales receipt.

Returns or credits will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of item(s). We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and completion of the refund by email.

Return postage will be paid by the buyer.

International returns will need to be clearly marked as Antique Return. Failure to do so will result in an import duty charge, which will be deducted from any refund amount.

In the unlikely event of an item going missing in the post, we will not be able to refund the item until 40 days after the date that it was first posted.

Unless otherwise stated, any sizing and colour assessments attributed to diamonds and coloured gemstones are necessarily determined without disturbing the integrity of the piece; therefore, assessments represent close approximations, due to limitations imposed by the mount.

We will not consider the opinion of any other 3rd party.

Should you feel that your item has been misrepresented then please return the item within 14 days and we will pay for an independent assessment to be carried out.

Any unauthorised testing will result in no refunds being made under any circumstances.

If the item has been proven to be misrepresented you will receive a full refund and your shipping costs refunded.
