Join us at our Spring Event - 'All the Colours' - Discover the Magic of Gems
Wednesday 26th April at The Marine Hotel, North Berwick 2.00pm-8.00pm, by appointment only.

Following the success of our Pearl event back in February, we’re delighted to launch our Spring Event. This one is not to be missed by all you gem lovers! My international gem dealer is joining me for the occasion with a wonderful array of gems of all types and sizes.

Together we will be showcasing some unusual stones, like spinels, a stone long prized by royalty: the 14th- century Black Prince’s Ruby that adorns the British Imperial State Crown is actually a red spinel, not a ruby as many may think.

Other gemstones will cover ‘All The Colours’ of the rainbow from vibrant raspberry red rubies, through mandarin orange garnets, yellow beryls, green demantoids, blue tourmalines, indigo tanzanites and violet sapphires.

My colleague Jacqui Mathieson, an Edinburgh College of Art graduate with over 30 years of experience, will also be on hand to help design bespoke pieces using client’s chosen gemstones or help with remodelling projects of pieces they already own and are no longer wearing.
